The role

As a Specialist HR Operations and Talent Acquisition (based in Amsterdam), you are the first point-of-contact for our managers and colleagues with regards to HR-related queries. You’ll support in varying HR activities from creating employment agreements and payroll mutations to organizing onboarding days and do candidate screenings. In your day-to-day you will:

  • Be responsible for general HR administration and back-office.
  • Gathering and preparing all payroll related data and monthly payroll mutations.
  • Maintain and update core HR & payroll data for all 5 countries (SuccessFactors).
  • Organize the global inhouse onboarding day(s).
  • Do End-to-end recruitment activities for low-level roles, from screening to offers.
  • Support with recruitment campaigns, employer branding and other recruitment related activities.

The ideal candidate

We are looking for someone that is energetic, eager to learn with a can-do attitude who is interested in working across both HR Operations as well as Talent Acquisition. Someone that likes being part of a dynamic environment, that can adapt to changing needs and is not afraid to ask questions. You also possess the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or equivalent through experience.
  • At least 2 years of work experience and track record in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition in an international setting. Ideally has experience with delivering payroll mutations.
  • Has experience with SuccessFactors or comparable HR/TA system and MS office.
  • Is service-minded, has strong Intercultural personal skills and the ability to establish trustful and effective working relationships.
  • Is able to work independently, is reliable, pro-active, has the ability to coordinate, align and execute multiple tasks simultaneously, has excellent attention to details and is organized
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, other languages are a plus.
