Director - Talent Acquisition & Branding

If you are up to the challenge and would like to be part of our team, we are currently looking for a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition & Branding to further strengthen our HR organization.

As a Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition & Branding at Kiadis Pharma, you will:

  • In collaboration with the CHRO, build the Talent Acquisition & Branding COE from strategy formulation to operational process design and delivery of KPIs.
  • Identify and attract top talent across all hierarchy groups.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
  • Drive the recruitment process in close cooperation with hiring managers and HR Business partners.
  • Translate role requirements in effective target-group specific sourcing strategies, establish talent pools and build an effective candidate network.
  • Design an effective and agile recruitment process, pre-select, interview and engage global talent.
  • Develop target group specific employee marketing initiatives and help to introduce and standardize a best in class end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Further develop cloud based ATS and onboarding systems and support the development and implementation of an effective Employer Branding strategy.

The ideal candidate / Role Requirements

  • University Degree in Social Sciences, Psychology or related qualification
  • Multiple years of relevant work experience and a track record in Talent Acquisition including active sourcing / direct search gained ideally in either Biotech / Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industries.
  • Track record in identifying and attracting Top talent across all hierarchical levels.
  • Broad experience in conducting competency based interviews and in applying assessment methodologies for different talent populations.
  • Experience in the design of modern end-to-end recruitment processes and HR marketing activities
  • Experience in working with ERP Systems such as SAP HCM, SuccessFactors
  • Fluency in English
  • Focussed and driven professional with excellent consulting and negotiation skills
  • Hands-on working style with a “can-do”attitude.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills
  • Intercultural competence and ability to establish trustful and effective working relationships
