Project Manager - NK Cell Program

We are Kiadis, a biopharmaceutical company that focusses on the treatments of blood cancers aiming to make bone marrow transplantations, safer and more efficient.

In support of our rapid growth and the expansion of our portfolio into innovative NK cell therapies, we are strengthening our Product Development team with a Project Manager – NK Cell Program, based on the East Coast, in the United States.

The role

As the Project Manager, you work directly for the Product Development Leader. You help the Product Development team on creating and tracking the integrated clinical development, CMC and regulatory product strategy, specifically for the Kiadis NK cell platform. You ensure that the Product Development Plan and Key Event Maps are effectively managed, with an initial focus on CMC given the state of the Kiadis NK cell program. Day to day you will:

  • Ensure project timelines and milestones are established, reviewed and approved.
  • Plan and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, and ensure that they are functional, consistent and integrated to reflect cross-functional dependencies.
  • Manage Product Development Team operational activityand provide operational project management support.
  • Identify risks and ensure mitigation/contingency plans are in place and tracked.
  • Ensure team alignment on the strategic context of key topics/events related to product development, including prioritization and strategy.
  • Communicate consolidated information on Product Development Team progresses, milestones and budget implications.   
  • Help Kiadis develop and improve project management tools and processes.

The ideal candidate

We are looking for someone that has the following requirements:

  • Advanced degree in a life science discipline, or equivalent by experience.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech product development, of which at least 5 years in project management/PMO. 
  • Excellent knowledge of project management tools, including principles of strategic planning, risk management, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, costs monitoring and organization responsibility charts. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of ICH-GCP and/or GMP, ATMP guidelines and other applicable regulatory guidelines is desirable.
  • Fluency in English, other languages are a plus.
